Installation

Live in 60 seconds.

Five steps, no terminal, no build tools.

  1. Unzip the download

    Extract benzo-agent-v2.0.0.zip to any folder. You should see manifest.json at the top level.

  2. Open Chrome extensions

    In your browser, go to chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions, brave://extensions, etc.).

  3. Enable Developer mode

    Flip the toggle in the top-right corner of the extensions page.

  4. Click "Load unpacked"

    Choose the unzipped folder. The Benzo logo appears in your toolbar.

  5. Pin it and go

    Click the puzzle icon → pin Benzo Agent. Click the icon → Open Agent Panel → try Extract all links.

Local mode works with zero configuration. LLM mode is optional and uses your own proxy.

First run

Try these five tasks.

Open any website, open the panel, and type one of these:

Extract all links and export as CSV
Grabs every <a> on the page.
Extract every heading
All h1–h4 in DOM order.
Scroll to bottom
Smooth-scrolls the page to trigger lazy loads.
Search for wireless headphones
Finds the search box, types, presses Enter.
Click the Sign in link
Highlights it, clicks it, navigates.
